Magnolia Bostad signs an agreement to acquire land in Nya Hovås, Göteborg

Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement for the acquisition of land, with the zoning plans in force, in Hovås, Göteborg. Around 180 residential units are planned for the property Hovås 451:67 with around 11,200 sq.m. of GFA.

The acquisition will take place as a corporate transaction and the seller is Veidekke Eiendom. The property is located in Nya Hovås, close to the sea and countryside and close to central Göteborg.

The property is pleasantly located in Nya Hovås and close to the countryside, and also has good communications.
