Nomination Committee's proposal to the Board for the 2020 Annual General Meeting

Anna-Greta Sjöberg has been proposed as a new board member before the 2020 AGM, following a decision by Magnolia Bostad's Nomination Committee.

Magnolia Bostad's Nomination Committee proposes seven ordinary board members and no deputies to the Annual General Meeting 2020.

The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of all board members, namely, Fredrik Holmström, who is also proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board, Viveka Ekberg, Jan Roxendal, Fredrik Tibell, Andreas Rutili, Risto Silander and the new election of Anna-Greta Sjöberg.

Anna-Greta Sjöberg, born in 1967, has an MBA. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. She has been a Senior Consultant at Olivetta AB since 2019. Her previous positions include CEO and founder of the care company Crispa AB (2011-2018) as well as a number of roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland including CFO, COO and Head of Public Sector (1998-2011). She has many years’ experience of board work and is currently Chairman of the Board of Marginalen Bank Bankaktiebolag and a board member of Tryggstiftelsen and Hufvudstaden AB.

Magnolia Bostad’s Nomination Committee consists of Katarina Strömberg (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), as a representative of F. Holmström Fastigheter AB, Johannes Wingborg, as a representative of Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB and Henrik Buss, as a representative of Wealins S.A.
