SmartWater Technology drops patent infringement case over concerns about the financial health of Applied DNA Sciences, Inc.

SmartWater Technology (“SmartWater”), leaders in forensic technology products and services, announced today that it has dropped its patent infringement lawsuit against Applied DNA Sciences, Inc.
