Metsä Group’s Annual Report for the year 2011 has been published on the Group’s web site at http://www.metsagroup.com/ in English, Finnish and Swedish in PDF format. The Annual Report includes Financial Statements, Report of the Board of Directors, Corporate Governance Statement and Salary and Remuneration Report. Printed copies in English, Finnish and Swedish are available as of 12 April 2012. Requests for printed copies can be submitted by filling in an order form on the Group’s website or by e-mail from communications@metsagroup.com.

A summary of Metsä Group’s stock exchange releases and announcements published in 2011 is available on the Group’s web site at http://www.metsagroup.com/Financial/financialreporting/. The content of the releases published in 2011 can partially be out of date.
