Nomination Committee appointed for MSAB’s Annual General Meeting 2025

In accordance with the decision by the Annual General Meeting, MSAB’s Nomination Committee shall consist of three members. The members should be one representative from each of the three largest shareholders in terms of voting rights that wish to participate in the committee. Peter Gille appointed acting CEO of MSAB

The board of MSAB has appointed the current chairman, Peter Gille, as acting CEO with immediate effect.
