Nomination Committee appointed for MSAB’s Annual General Meeting 2025

In accordance with the decision by the Annual General Meeting, MSAB’s Nomination Committee shall consist of three members. The members should be one representative from each of the three largest shareholders in terms of voting rights that wish to participate in the committee. Conversion of shares of series C into shares of series B in Micro Systemation AB (publ) (”MSAB”)

Stockholm, 31 October 2024 After resolution by the Board of Directors, all 622,000 shares of series C in MSAB, which are held in treasury by the company, have been converted into shares of series B. Peter Gille appointed acting CEO of MSAB

The board of MSAB has appointed the current chairman, Peter Gille, as acting CEO with immediate effect.
