Changes in the number of shares and share capital
At the beginning of July 2018, the total number of shares in Micro Systemation AB (Publ) (”MSAB”) was 19,082,000, of which 1,000,000 were A-shares, 17,460,000 were B-shares, and 622,000 were C-shares. Share capital was SEK 3,816,400.
At the Annual General Meeting on May 6 2015, a long-term incentive program was approved, which has been partly exercised during the month of July 2018. Stock options have been converted into 30,000 B-shares, meaning an increase of share capital of 6,000 SEK.
At the end of July 2018, the total number of shares is 19,112,00, of which 1,000,000 are A-shares, 17,490,000 are B-shares, and 622,000 are C-shares. Share capital was SEK 3,822,400.
