At the Annual General Meeting of MSAB on May 11, 2022, it was resolved:• To adopt the income statement and balance sheet in accordance with the presented annual report, and to discharge the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability. • To approve the Board of Directors' Remuneration Report. • To approve the Nomination Committee's proposal for Board fees of SEK 250,000 to non-employed Board members and SEK 500,000 to the Chairman of the Board. • To approve the Nomination Committee's proposal for auditor's fee according to approved invoice. • To re-elect Bernt Ingman, Fredrik
