Oklahoma City Terrorism Prevention Institute Trains New York City Police Department Trainers

(Oklahoma City, Okla., Dec. 29th, 2011) MIPT (Memorial Institute for the Prevention of terrorism) and the New York City Police Department have partnered to provide InCOP training to law enforcement and coordinate information collection.
