Digital solutions provider Miss Group tops 1bn SEK revenue
Miss Group, the international digital solutions provider, has reached a milestone one billion Swedish Krona in revenue, with an EBITDA margin of 40%.
The business - which is headquartered in Stockholm - completed two acquisitions in 2023 as well as launching a new presence in the Middle East. Its Dubai office already employs 20 people.
Its financial milestone was reached in mid December 2023. Founder and CEO Mattias Kaneteg said: “I am incredibly proud of the journey Miss Group has been on since it was founded in 2014. In less than 10 years the business has reached an amazing one billion in revenue, and has completed over 30 acquisitions around the world - including two this year.
“The business has a strong global reputation for providing excellent digital solutions for our customers all over the world. From web hosting to VPN services, our family of brands support businesses of all shapes and sizes with their digital offering and I am excited about the future for Miss Group.”
Founded in Sweden in 2014, Miss Group has expanded to encompass more than 25 brands across multiple territories in recent years and employs over 350 people worldwide.
Perwyn, the family-backed private equity business, acquired a majority position in Miss Group in February 2020 to support the growth ambitions of the business through international expansion and ongoing M&A.
