MJ Ferguson was founded in 1982 by Malcolm Ferguson and is still a family-owned company. MJ Ferguson’s services currently include total facility management solutions with operating streams in mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance, energy services, bespoke joinery and carpentry, cleaning, environmental and specialist services. Over the past 30 years, MJ Ferguson has enjoyed steady and sustained growth within London and throughout the United Kingdom. In recent years MJ Ferguson has tendered for and won many prestigious contracts for government departments and the commercial sector. It has always built close relationships with its clients which helps to facilitate the smooth management of the contracts. MJ Ferguson holds the ISO 9001 Quality Standard, the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard, the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard, Safe Contractor and CHAS accreditations. Additionally MJ Ferguson holds memberships in the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and the Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).
