Mobyson Holding owns 100 % of Mobyson, which has around 45.000 company and private customers, 100 % of Mobyson Technology, that provides mobile IP telephony, and 45 % of the VoIP company VoiceRoaming Technology. Mobyson AS had 7.0 million NOK in negative EBITDA and 26.3 million NOK in operating revenues in 2005. As of August 31st 2006, the company has 26 million NOK in negative EBITDA of operating revenues of 47.3 million NOK, due to major market and technology investments.
