Triumph Park residential development creates sustainability history in Russia

The Triumph Park development in St Petersburg has become the first residential building in Russia to be awarded a design-stage BREEAM certificate and only the second project to be BREEAM certified in the country. Mott MacDonald was appointed by the Mirland Development Corporation to provide expert sustainability advice during design and post-construction. The 37,000 sq m residential building will be made up of 510 apartments and will also feature ground-floor space for bank, office and retail opportunities. The low-energy building will feature energy efficient lifts, natural ventilation
