Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

MPC Container Ships ASA has been notified of the following transactions by primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Peter Frederiksen:

November 18, 2022: acquired 75,000 shares at NOK 17.1686 per share.

November 21, 2022: acquired 125,000 shares at NOK 17.7711 per share.
