Oslo, Norway - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") has today successfully completed a USD 125 million senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond maturing on October 9, 2029. Oslo, Norway - MPC Container Ships (“MPCC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce strategic measures aimed at further optimizing its portfolio and enhancing its fleet composition, thereby strengthening the Company’s backlog and improving earnings visibility. Oslo, Norway - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") has mandated Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Monday 23 September. A new USD denominated 5-year sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. MPCC Announces Vessel Acquisitions and New Charter Package Deal

Oslo, Norway – MPC Container Ships ASA (“MPCC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of two 3,500 TEU vessels and a charter agreement package for a total of 10 vessels, including the new acquisitions, thereby strengthening the Company’s backlog and improving earnings visibility. The acquisition consists of two 3,500 TEU vessels at a total price of USD 47.25 million.
