MPCC: Expected vessel acquisition and updated Investor Presentation for fixed income investor meetings

Oslo, Norway – As announced on 20 September 2024, MPC Container Ships ASA ("MPCC" or the "Company") has mandated Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings.

In parallel, MPCC is pleased to inform that, the Company has the option to acquire four vessels for a total consideration of USD 180 million, subject to customary conditions. The vessel acquisition is not conditional upon the contemplated bond issuance, and the bond issuance is not conditional upon the expected acquisition.

Key information relating to the vessel acquisition is included in the updated Investor Presentation (attached), which will be used in connection with the fixed income meetings.
