Change in number of shares and votes in MQ Holding AB

Following the rights issue that MQ Holding AB (publ) (”MQ Holding” or the “Company”) has previously informed about, the number of shares and votes in the Company have changed during May 2019.

The shares subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights have now been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket). As a result thereof, the total number of shares in MQ Holding has increased by 54,097,394 shares, corresponding to the same number of votes.

As of May 31, 2019, the total number of shares and votes respectively in MQ Holding amount to 89,253,901 shares and 89,253,901 votes.
