Change in number of shares and votes in MQ Holding AB

Following the rights issue that MQ Holding AB (publ) (”MQ Holding” or the “Company”) has previously informed about, the number of shares and votes in the Company have changed during June 2019.

The shares subscribed for without the exercise of subscription rights have now been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket). As a result thereof, the total number of shares in MQ Holding has increased by 16,215,620 shares, corresponding to the same number of votes. The rights issue is thereby registered in full.

As of June 28, 2019, the total number of shares and votes respectively in MQ Holding amount to 105,469,521 shares and 105,469,521 votes.
