Mr Green’s Green Gaming tool wins multi international awards for best player protection program

Mr Green has positioned themselves as the leading online operator in the field of responsible gaming.

In December, Mr Green was titled Socially Responsible Bookmaker of the Year at the Sports Betting Community - SBC Awards in London. Yesterday, Mr Green was awarded with two new prestigious titles for their work within responsible gaming. In the afternoon, Mr Green was presented with the award for Corporate Responsibility Provider of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards London 2018. And the same evening, Mr Green won the much sought-after title Social Responsible Operator of the Year 2018 at the International Gaming -  IGA Awards.

Mr Green was awarded the titles because of its industry leading initiatives in Green Gaming. Mr Green launched its unique Green Gaming Predictive Tool for its casino players in September 2017. The tool will be offered Mr Green Sportsbook players in 2018.

The Green Gaming Predictive Tool gives players the ability to gain insight into their own risk behavior. At the same time, the tool’s functionality means Mr Green can better detect when healthy playing has moved into the risk zone and can adjusts its offerings and communications based on an individual customer's risk behavior. Players who exhibit increased risk behavior may be asked to set different limits for their playing or to step back from playing for a period. Mr Green will also refrain from communicate sales messages to customers with increased risk behaviors.

The tool has been developed together with Sustainable Interaction and Sebastian Gassner. Sustainable Interaction is a company based in Lund, Sweden, and specializes in developing digital products and diagnostic tools in the fields of responsible gaming and psychosocial health. Sebastian Gassner is an expert in responsible gaming technical development.

Mr Green has also set high targets for the education and training of its entire staff in areas like risky player behaviour to better support and guide high risk players.
