STANLEY CONVERGENT SECURITY SOLUTIONS PURCHASES ELECTRONIC PROTECTION NETWORK, INC
Naperville, IL –March 22, 2011 – Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. (Stanley CSS) announces the purchase of Electronic Protection Network, Inc. (dba Sonitrol of Savannah), a Sonitrol dealer since 2002, located in Savannah, GA. The sale includes mostly commercial accounts including retail, restaurant, industrial, banking and education customers being serviced throughout Georgia. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
