SONITROL OF OKLAHOMA CITY & SONITROL OF TULSANaperville, IL –November 9, 2010 – Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. (Stanley CSS) announces the purchase of Sonitrol of Oklahoma City and Sonitrol of Tulsa. Sonitrol of Oklahoma City was founded in 1979 and Sonitrol of Tulsa was founded in 1975. The franchises service Oklahoma City and Tulsa respectively and the surrounding areas. The sale includes mostly commercial accounts including retail, restaurant, industrial, financial and education customers, as well as government and residential accounts. Terms of the sales were not disclosed.
