Precautionary measures affecting Mycronic’s Annual General Meeting as a result of COVID-19

Mycronic AB (publ) has decided to implement precautionary measures as a result of COVID-19 for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held at 10:00 a.m. CEST on 25 June 2020 at Industrisalen, Näringslivets Hus, Storgatan 19, Stockholm.
   

  • The AGM agenda will be addressed by the Chairman of the AGM and will be kept brief and to the point
  • Instead of a presentation by the CEO at the AGM, this presentation will be made available at mycronic.com no later than June 17
  • Attendees from Mycronic, including Board members and management, will be kept to a bare minimum
  • There will be no food or beverages served before, during or after the AGM
  • Through a service being provided by the company’s registrar, Computershare, any shareholder registered to attend the AGM will be able to vote whilst not being physically present at the AGM by appointing Computershare to vote on their behalf. Mycronic recommends that shareholders use the service offered by Computershare.   • Shareholders displaying symptoms of illness, have had contact with people with illness or are considered to be part of a risk group should not participate, but are invited to vote via proxy
  • All external guests, including media and other stakeholders, are requested not to attend the AGM
