MyFC granted first Indian patent
The Indian Patent Office (Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks) has granted one of myFC's key patents. The patent is central to all myFC’s operations, whether it be smartphones, power banks or electric vehicles.
The patent, numbered P7786IN00, covers vital parts of myFC’s fuel cell construction, specifically the thin and flexible design of the fuel cell. This design is the foundation of the unique fuel cell technology of the JAQ product family and the backbone of myFC’s offering toward both the telecom and automotive industries. The patent has previously been approved in Switzerland, China, Germany, France, UK, Japan, Korea, Sweden and the United States.

The patent approved by the Indian Patent Office reinforces the intellectual property protection developed by myFC, expanding the existing patent portfolio of 53 approved patents and 28 pending patent applications.
