myFC publishes supplementary prospectus in connection with the rights issue

The Board of Directors of myFC Holding AB (publ) ("myFC" or "the Company") has prepared a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus regarding the invitation to acquire shares in MyFC Holding, which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 29 March 2019 ("Prospectus").

This press release may not be published, published or distributed, directly or indirectly within or to the United States, Australia, Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore or South Africa or in any other jurisdiction where the distribution of this press release would be subject to legal restrictions.

The supplementary prospectus is part of, and should be read with, the Prospectus. The supplementary prospectus has been prepared on the grounds that the Company, through a press release on April 11, 2019, announced that the Company received a repeat order of 2,000 JAQ Hybrid with associated fuel cards from Lightec Japan.

The supplementary prospectus, which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, should be read in conjunction with the Prospectus in all respects. The prospectus and the Supplementary Prospectus are available on MyFC Holding's website www.myfcpower.com/investor-relations/prospect and on Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission's website (www.hagberganeborn.se) and will be available on Finansinspektionen's website (www.fi.se).

Investors who have made a notification or otherwise agreed to subscribe for Units in the Offering prior to the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus have, in accordance with Chapter 2. Section 34 of the Act (1991: 980) on trading in financial instruments the right to revoke its notification or consent within two working days from the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, that is, until April 17. Revocation must be made in writing to Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission AB, Vallhallavägen 124, 114 41 Stockholm, or via e-mail to info@hagberganeborn.se. Investors who have registered for subscription of Units through an administrator must contact their administrator regarding withdrawal. Notifications that are not withdrawn within the stated time will remain binding and if investors wish to remain with their subscription of Units, they need not take any action.
