The Nomination Committee proposes Ann-Sofie Nordh to the myFC Board of Directors

The nomination committee for myFC proposes that Ann-Sofie Nordh, Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Sandvik AB, is elected member of the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of myFC.

Ann-Sofie Nordh is currently Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at high-tech engineering group Sandvik. Prior to that, she has more than 20 years of experience from working in the financial industry in Stockholm and London.

“Ann-Sofie Nordh is highly merited and adds valuable experience and competence to the board of myFC in, among other areas, investor relations,” says Malin Björkmo, chairman of myFC’s nomination committee.

Ann-Sofie Nordh was named best Investor Relations Officer in Sweden in 2018 by IR Nordic Markets. More than 300 financial analysts evaluated investor relations officers on, among other things, their future and strategic perspective as well as corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Additionally, she was top-3 rated in the Capital Goods sector in the large European surveys Extel as well as Institutional Investor.

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be stated in the invitation to the AGM, published in good time prior to the AGM, which is set for 24 May 2019.

The Members of the Nomination Committee are: Malin Björkmo (Handelsbanken Fonder), Annelie Enquist (Skandia Fonder), Paul Guy (Signal Special Opportunities Ltd), and Jörgen Lantto, Chairman of the Board of myFC.
