The nomination committee proposes Klaus Juergen Wiemers to the myFC Board of Directors

The nomination committee for myFC proposes Klaus Juergen Wiemers, former Managing Director for Robert Bosch GmbH Filial Sweden, to the myFC Board of Directors. The decision will be taken at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 28.

Klaus Wiemers was Managing Director for Robert Bosch GmbH Filial Sweden as well as Senior Vice President Original Equipment Sales for the Nordic region during the past four years. He has extensive experience of commercializing new technologies with a particular focus on e-mobility, automation and connectivity.

“We are accelerating our efforts to introduce myFC’s unique micro fuel cell technology on the market. Klaus Wiemers has an impressive track record of new technology introductions and a solid background of key account management from some of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers. He will be highly valuable to further the board’s work,” Alex Guy, chairman of the nomination committee, says.

In his roles as MD and SVP, Klaus Wiemers was responsible for the worldwide business of all Bosch Mobility divisions (Original Equipment) for AB Volvo and Volvo Car Group. He was previously Vice President and Global Account Director for Commercial Vehicles at Robert Bosch Diesel Systems and prior to that Global Key Account Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.

Any additional proposals to the board of directors will be announced in good time prior to the AGM on May 28, 2020.
