Näckebro acquires shares in Fabege from Custos Näckebro AB (publ) has acquired 2,261,509 shares in Fabege AB (publ). This acquisition comprises AB Custos' remaining block of shares in Fabege. Näckebro's shareholding in Fabege, which amounts to 2,261,509 shares, represents 8.7 per cent of the share and 8.2 per cent of the voting rights in Fabege after full conversion of outstanding debentures.
