Näckebro is selling the Southside property in Victoria, London, to the British life insurance company The Equitable Life Assurance Society. The purchase sum, SEK 1,080 million (GBP 83.1 million), is providing Näckebro with a capital gain of around SEK 40 million. Näckebro's Annual General Meeting approves SEK 1.30 dividend Näckebro's Annual General Meeting today decided that the 1997 dividend shall amount to SEK 1.30 per share (1996: SEK 1.30).
