Näckebro sells Southside in London for 1,080 million

Näckebro is selling the Southside property in Victoria, London, to the British life insurance company The Equitable Life Assurance Society. The purchase sum, SEK 1,080 million (GBP 83.1 million), is providing Näckebro with a capital gain of around SEK 40 million. Southside is Näckebro´s largest property in Great Britain, covering 26,800 m2 of shops and offices. The largest single tenant is the House of Fraser´s Army and Navy Department Store.
