Näckebro sells three residential properties for SEK 162 M at a capital gain of SEK 33 M Näckebro is selling three residential properties in the Stockholm area for a total of SEK 162 M, on which the company will make a capital gain of SEK 33 M. The three properties comprise some 22,000 sq m in all. One of the buyers is Skandia, who is acquiring a property at Södermalm in Stockholm for SEK 125 M. "The capital gain of SEK 33 M is illustrative of the rise in value of Näckebro's Stockholm properties," says Chief Executive Lennart Schönning. Vitbetan 3, Katarina Bangata 65-69, Stockholm Näckebro is selling the property to Skandia for SEK 125 M. The property comprises some 13,200 sq m of residential units and about 2,800 sq m of miscellaneous space, mostly given over to garage/parking space. Herresätet 2, Enspännargatan 2-14, Hässelby Näckebro is selling the property to Förvaltnings AB Bergsundet for SEK 20 M. The property comprises some 4,500 sq m and is mostly residential. Repslagaren 16, Hamngatan 1, Vaxholm Näckebro is selling the property to SP Rör & Smide AB for SEK 17.5 M. The property comprises some 1,500 sq m of residential units and a post office.
