NCAB Group acquires Multiprint in Denmark

NCAB Group, one of the world’s largest suppliers of Printed Circuit Boards, with headquarters in Sweden, has on the 21stof February 2019 signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Multiprint A/S in Denmark. Based in the Copenhagen area, Multiprint is one of the leading PCB Suppliers in Denmark. Multiprint had a turnover of SEK just above 60 million in 2018. The transaction will be EPS accretive to NCAB in 2019. The actual takeover is planned to take place on March 3, 2019.
