    NCC to construct pumping station for Sydvatten in southern Sweden

    NCC has been commissioned by Sydvatten to construct a new pumping station at the Ringsjöverket waterworks in Skåne in southern Sweden. The project is a construction contract and the order value is approximately SEK 170 million.Under the contract, NCC will construct and commission a fully equipped pumping station with an associated backup power plant in Stehag at the Ringsjöverket waterworks.     NCC signs 12 asphalt contracts in Norway

    NCC has signed 12 asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) and counties in Norway. The contracts will ensure a high level of activity throughout the season. The term of the contracts is one year, and the combined total is approximately SEK 680 million. “The outcome of procurement processes for state and county asphalt contracts has been positive, providing NCC with a solid basis for a strong season.     NCC has signed an agreement with the City of Porvoo to construct a new elementary school for approximately 450 students in Porvoo, Finland. The project will be conducted in partnering form and construction will now commence. The order value is approximately SEK 270 million.     NCC to refurbish National Archives in Helsinki

    NCC has been commissioned by Senatfastigheter to completely refurbish and remodel the main building of the National Archives of Finland in Helsinki.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During April 2026, 19,040 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,768,086. The total number of registered shares in the company amount to 99,760,956 of which 6,778,570 are Series A and 92,982,386 are Series B. NCC holds 1,968,589 Series B shares in treasury.
