    NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group.     NCC will refurbish and remodel 402 residential units in Frederikssund on Zealand in Denmark on behalf of the public housing companies Domea and Boligselskabet Vores Bolig.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During August 2024, 27,360 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,939,959.     NCC has been commissioned by Exilion to refurbish a future Scandic Hotel in Helsinki, Finland. The property also contains office premises, retail space and restaurants. The order value is approximately SEK 180 million. The hotel building is located at Elielinaukio in central Helsinki and is now being refurbished to become a new Scandic hotel with 174 rooms.
