    NCC builds bridges in Vestland County, Norway

    NCC has been commissioned by Vestland County Council to build the Atløy Link in Norway. The project, which will connect Atløy island with mainland Norway, encompasses the construction of three bridges, together with associated roads. The order value is approximately SEK 1.4 billion.     NCC refurbishes and remodels 164 apartments in Upplands-Bro

    NCC has been commissioned by Upplands-Brohus to renovate and modernize 119 apartments in Upplands-Bro. In addition to the extensive refurbishment, a further 45 loft apartments will be constructed in the existing attic space. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million. In 2022, NCC started a partnership with Upplands-Brohus for the refurbishment of a large rental apartment portfolio on Fasanstigen in Upplands-Bro, north of Stockholm.     NCC sells Bromma property

    NCC has agreed the sale of the first section of the Hangar 5 property project in Bromma for SEK 790 million. The property in question is let to ICA and is being acquired by Delcore Fastigheter. While the sale will generate positive cash flow, it will have no earnings impact. The property has a Net Lettable Area of approximately 11,000 square meters and is being sold for SEK 790 million. The transaction will take the form of a company divestment. The buyer is a subsidiary of Delcore Fastigheter AB, a property company jointly owned by AMF and ICA Fastigheter.  Handover and

    NCC has been commissioned by Vivab to remodel the Kärreberg water treatment plant together with appurtenant internal and external water distribution networks.     NCC has been commissioned by Sydvatten to construct a new pumping station at the Ringsjöverket waterworks in Skåne in southern Sweden.     NCC has signed 12 asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) and counties in Norway. The contracts will ensure a high level of activity throughout the season.     NCC has signed an agreement with the City of Porvoo to construct a new elementary school for approximately 450 students in Porvoo, Finland.     NCC has been commissioned by Senatfastigheter to completely refurbish and remodel the main building of the National Archives of Finland in Helsinki.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During April 2026, 19,040 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,768,086. The total number of registered shares in the company amount to 99,760,956 of which 6,778,570 are Series A and 92,982,386 are Series B. NCC holds 1,968,589 Series B shares in treasury.

    NCC has signed a framework agreement with Lund Municipality and Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) for asphalt paving.
