December 12 set as record day for rights to Altima shares NCC AB´s Board of Directors has decided that December 12 will be the record day for determining whether NCC shares qualify for allotments of Altima shares. The first day of trading in Altima shares on Stockholmsbörsen´s O List will be December 16. NCCs Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2003 resolved to spin off the Altima shares. Each multiple of ten NCC shares (regardless of class) will carry rights to one Altima share. On Tuesday, NCC´s Board set December 12, 2003 as the record date. A listing prospectus describing the spin-off in detail, and presenting Altima as an independent company, will be distributed to NCC shareholders during the week commencing November 24. Handelsbanken Capital Markets is assisting as adviser during the listing process.
