Elisabeth Wallin-Mononen to leave NCC

In conjunction with a downsizing of staff functions at NCC’s Head Office in Solna, an agreement has been reached that entails that Senior Vice President Human Resources, Elisabeth Wallin-Mononen, will leave her position. Elisabeth Wallin-Mononen was a member of Group Management.

Certain staff functions currently exist at both Group level and business area level within NCC Construction Sweden. In order to reduce costs, a merger of activities will now occur within primarily the Human Resources, IT and Information staff functions. The staff functions for Human Resources and IT will be concentrated within NCC Construction Sweden, which will also have coordination responsibility for other business areas in Sweden. In the future, HR issues that require Group-level coordination will be handled by Group Management. NCC Construction Sweden’s staff functions for information will be concentrated within Corporate Communications.
