Joachim Hallengren CEO and Ann-Sofie Danielsson CFO for independent Housing company
Joachim Hallengren will be the CEO and Ann-Sofie Danielsson the CFO of NCC’s housing development operations from January 1, 2016. The Housing operations will be put into a subsidiary so that it can operate as an independent company and preparations can be made for a stock exchange listing.
Joachim Hallengren currently serves as Business Area Manager at NCC Housing and Ann-Sofie Danielsson is the CFO of NCC.

Joachim Hallengren has worked in various senior positions at NCC since 1995, most recently as the Business Area Manager at Housing and prior to that as Business Area Manager at NCC Property Development. He has been a member of NCC’s Executive Management Group since 2009.
“I am pleased that I have been entrusted to continue to lead the housing development business and I look forward to developing Housing into an independent housing development company with operations in eight European markets. NCC’s housing development holds a strong position and is now one of the leading companies in this area in northern Europe,” says Joachim Hallengren.
Ann-Sofie Danielsson has served in a variety of senior positions at NCC since she joined the company in 1996. For the past twelve years, Ann-Sofie Danielsson has been a member of NCC’s Executive Management Group and has held the role of CFO at NCC since 2007.
“It will be exciting to be part of the new journey with the housing development company Housing after several years in charge of NCC’s accounting, financial and strategic activities.”
Ann-Sofie Danielsson also has a background as an Authorized Public Accountant and has a Master of Science in business and economics with an international specialization from Uppsala University. Joachim Hallengren has a Master of Science in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
