Joachim Holmberg new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development

Joachim Holmberg will be the new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development. He will join NCC by September 1 at the latest. He comes from Skanska, where he was the Head of commercial property development for Skanska Sweden.

“I am really looking forward to developing and leading NCC Property Development and, as a member of the Executive Team, to contributing to NCC’s continued journey of change toward a successful construction and property development company in the Nordic region,” says Joachim Holmberg, incoming Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development.

For five years, Joachim Holmberg has served as Head of Commercial Property Project Development at Skanska Sweden. Prior to that, he held various managerial positions within construction and property development at Skanska Sweden. He holds a degree in engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

“I welcome Joachim Holmberg to NCC. Joachim has experience in building business and will be a valuable force in the continued work on developing a successful, profitable property business,” says CEO Tomas Carlsson.

Joachim Holmberg will join NCC by September 1 at the latest. As previously announced, Carola Lavén, the current Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development, will be leaving NCC on July 22 for the property company Castellum. CEO Tomas Carlsson will serve as acting Business Area Manager until Joachim Holmberg takes office.
