Mats Pettersson, HR manager leaves NCC at year end
Executive Management Team member and Senior Vice President for Human Resources NCC, Mats Pettersson will leave NCC at year end 2013.
After nearly nine years with NCC, and the past six years as SVP HR in the Executive Management Team, Mats has chosen to leave NCC in agreement with Peter Wågström, CEO.
NCC’s CEO Peter Wågström comments:
“Mats has in a valuable way, developed the Human Resource function in the company. He has built the basis for a strong HR organization that is ready for next phase. In addition, he has contributed strongly to our work with establishing and implementing our company values as well as our continuous efforts around work safety issues.”
“NCC is now entering into a phase in the development of our HR systems and processes with a focus on implementation. The important steps - changing and developing the organization - has been taken. With this as the background, Mats and I have commonly concluded that it is a work which is not Mats main area of interest. Mats will complete some of the ongoing activities during the remaining months.”
A recruitment process to find a successor will begin immediately.
