Mattias Lundgren new CFO of NCC
Mattias Lundgren is to take office as the new CFO of NCC on January 1, 2016 when current CFO Ann-Sofie Danielsson becomes the CFO of the Housing business area ahead of a planned spin-off and potential stock exchange listing.
“I would like to welcome Mattias Lundgren as the CFO of NCC and a new member of NCC’s Executive Management Group. His experience both from his various positions at NCC in finance, business development and strategy and from his senior roles at the Housing business area will be highly valuable in his role as CFO,” says Peter Wågström, President and CEO of NCC.
Mattias Lundgren most recently worked as the Head of Business Control at the Group, with responsibilities including mergers & acquisitions and strategy at NCC. Prior to that, he was President of NCC Housing Sweden. Mattias Lundgren also has extensive experience from various positions at NCC in business development, mergers & aquistions and as business controller at Group level.
“I am very pleased to have been asked and given the opportunity to assume responsibility as the CFO of NCC. My focus going forward is to create the best possible conditions for a continued financially strong NCC when we launch NCC’s new strategy from the start of 2016,” says Mattias Lundgren.
Mattias Lundgren has been employed by NCC since 1998. He has a Master of Science in business and economics from Stockholm School of Economics. Ann-Sofie Danielsson has worked at NCC since 1996, and has served as CFO for the past nine years.
“Ann-Sofie Danielsson’s work as CFO of NCC has been fantastic. During her time as CFO, NCC has developed into an efficient and financially strong company. I greatly appreciate that she is now taking on the role of CFO of Housing ahead of the planned spin-off of NCC’s housing development operations,” says Peter Wågström.
