Microsoft to move to NCC property in Brussels Microsoft recently signed a lease on a total of 5,000 square meters at NCC's Twin Square office project in Brussels. The property will be ready for occupancy in July 1999 and Microsoft's lease extends over 9 years. The Twin Square office project contains seven properties comprising a total of 45,000 square meters. As a result of the agreement with Microsoft, Phase 1 of the project is now fully leased. Twin Square is located immediately adjacent to Zaventem Airport, by the highway to Brussels. This is a growth area in which several multinational companies have decided to establish operations. "It is gratifying to note that we are able to attract such companies as Microsoft. This shows that our premises satisfy the meticulous demands imposed by today's large global companies," says Magnus Mannesson, President of NCC Fastigheter AB. Due to the considerable demand for functional, high-quality office premises in Brussels, combined with the fact that Phase 1 of the project is now fully leased, Phase 2, comprising approximately 5,200 square meters, will be initiated immediately.
