NCC and Alfred Palmberg sell Helsinki real estate project for SEK 145 million

NCC and Alfred Palmberg sell Helsinki real estate project for SEK 145 million NCC Finland has reached an agreement with Sampo, a Finnish insurance company, regarding the sale of Phase 3 of the Stella Business Park office project in Helsinki. The project is owned equally by NCC (50%) and Alfred A. Palmberg (50%). The total sales price of SEK 145 million will generate a healthy capital gain for NCC. The approximately 7,000-m2 project will be completed by spring 2000. A total of 80 percent of the property is pre-leased, mainly to IT and telecommunication companies. Initiation of the fourth and final phase of Stella Business Park, which will comprise 10,000 m2 , is currently under way and will be completed at the beginning of 2001.
