NCC builds nursing home in Bergen for SEK 150 million

NCC Construction AS has signed an agreement with Bergen Municipality for the building of a new nursing home in Bergen. The order is worth NOK 141 million, the equivalent of around SEK 150 million.

The building of the Lövåsen nursing home is an all-in contract. The nursing home will have 128 single rooms. Work on the new home will commence directly in the new year and is scheduled for completion in September 2006. The home will have 11,000 square metres of space. The order for the assignment was registered in the fourth quarter of 2004.
