NCC continues construction of housing at “Nydalen Kvarter”

NCC Construction AS in Norway has entered into an agreement with the group that owns “Nydalen Kvarter” regarding the construction of 166 apartments in Nydalen, Oslo. The contract is worth SEK 199 million (NOK 170 million). As part of an earlier phase of the project, NCC is building 110 apartments in the area.

Construction work will start immediately and is scheduled for completion in December 2006. The new contract, which will be conducted on a turnkey basis, pertains to 16,877 square meters of floor space.
