NCC Construction Denmark has entered into an agreement with the municipality of Aarhus to build a multimedia house in Aarhus harbor. Work on the project, which will take the form of Partnering, will commence in April 2011. It will be registered among orders in the first quarter of 2011 and is worth approximately SEK 460 million.

The project involves construction of foundations, facades and roofs, as well as related construction work in conjunction with the inauguration of Aarhus Aa. NCC will also establish and operate the work place for the duration of the entire project.

The planning process will commence in April and construction of the bearing structures will start in early 2012.

Construction of the multimedia house is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2014, while major paving works at the harbor connected to the project will be completed at the end of 2015.
