NCC leases premises at Frösunda Front to Eniro

NCC leases premises at Frösunda Front to Eniro NCC Property Development and Eniro have signed a major lease agreement. The lease pertains to slightly more than 7,600 square meters of office space in one of the three buildings at NCC's Frösunda Front project. Following the signing of this agreement, Frösunda Front is virtually fully leased. Frösunda Front, which is being developed and built by NCC, is located by the E4 Highway at Frösunda, Solna. The project comprises a total of approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, plus parking facilities and restaurant premises. The three office buildings are situated adjacent to Frösunda Port, a project previously developed by NCC Property Development. Eniro, one of northern Europe's leading companies in the market for directional media, will relocate to Frösunda Front during spring 2004. As a result, Frösunda Front will be the new address of the approximately 400 Eniro employees, including the company's executive management, who currently work in offices in Alvik. Earlier this autumn, two other companies - Myresjöhus and Bea Systems - signed leases for premises in Frösunda Front. The other tenants are ScanCoin, Gartner, DakoCytomation, EDB, Lilly, Future Electronics, Consess and the Bredbar restaurant. "NCC's vision for Frösunda Front is that it will serve as smoothly functioning workplaces with excellent signage exposure by the northern entrance to Stockholm. Interest in establishing offices here has been considerable and we are extremely gratified that, following the lease signed with Eniro, the premises are virtually fully leased.
