NCC named best property developer for third consecutive year
NCC Property Development has been named best property developer in the Nordic region for the third time by international financial magazine Euromoney. As in previous years, the winners were elected by the magazine’s readers.
Euromoney’s “Real Estate Award 2010” survey was conducted in the spring for the sixth consecutive year. In a web-based questionnaire, readers were asked to vote for the best property developers, advisors, commercial banks, investment banks and investors in 54 countries.
NCC Property Development was ranked first in the property developer category in the Nordic region, as well as Number One property developer in both Denmark and Norway.
Being active throughout the Nordic region provides local knowledge, while belonging to a major company such as NCC adds strength. By combining longstanding experience of property development with a focus on the future, the company is able to develop work, retail and logistics environments that meet both current and future needs.

Readers from the property development industry answered Euromoney’s web-based questionnaire. They were asked what countries they knew most about and, based on those countries, to nominate the companies they considered best.
