“We can look back on a year filled with activity and impressive work from our colleagues on the roads and in the factories. With all the new contracts in place for 2024, we are keen to get going with the upcoming asphalt season,” says Lars Vester.

For the Danish Road Directorate, NCC is to replace old and worn road surfaces with new asphalt that reduces noise and carbon dioxide emissions in, Løkken in northern Jutland, Langebæk in Zealand and Nørre Aaby in Funen, among other places.

The framework agreement with Varde municipality extends over four years starting in 2024 with an option for another two years. The order value of approximately SEK 180 million will be registered in the NCC Industry business area on an ongoing basis, starting in 2024.

The orders for Guldborgsund and the Danish Road Directorate amount to approximately SEK 30 million and orders were registered during the fourth quarter of 2023 within the same business area.
