NCC's Frösunda Front fully leased In recent months, NCC Property Development has signed new leases with Infosphere, Glenair, Business Objects, as well as an agreement for the expansion of EDB's premises. In total, these agreements cover slightly more than 1,500 square meters of office space in NCC's Frösunda Front project. Following the signing of these leases, 100 percent of the project has now been leased. Frösunda Front, which was developed and built by NCC Property Development, is located beside the E4 Expressway in Frösunda, Solna. The project, whose property designation is Hilton 3, comprises a total of approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, plus parking facilities and a restaurant. The three office buildings are situated alongside Frösunda Port, a project that was developed previously by NCC Property Development. Other tenants in Frösunda Front include Eniro, Myresjöhus, Bea Systems, Scan Coin, Gartner, DakoCytomation, EDB, Eli Lilly, Future Electronics, Consess and the Bredbar restaurant. "NCC's vision for Frösunda Front is that it will serve as smoothly functioning workplaces with excellent signage exposure by the northern entrance to Stockholm.
