NCC´s sale of property in Malmö generates SEK 18.5 million gain

NCC's sale of property in Malmö generates SEK 18.5 million gain NCC Property Development has sold the Laxen 17 property in central Malmö to Contentus AB. The sales price of SEK 45.8 million will generate a gain of approximately SEK 18.5 million. The sale will affect NCC's earnings during the second quarter of 2002. The purchaser will gain access to the property on June 28 this year. Laxen 17 is located along the Södra Förstadsgatan pedestrian boulevard at Triangeln in Malmö. The property comprises a six-story building containing retail, office and residential units with combined rentable floor space of approximately 2,900 square meters. The building, which was erected in the 1940s, is mainly surrounded by commercial properties.
