The assignment is for the construction of three buildings that will contain laboratory, administrative and restaurant facilities. Floor space in the buildings will total 10,231 square meters. The architect is Vilhelm Lauritzen of Denmark and the advisers are Birch & Krogboe of Denmark and Jacobs Engineering of the United Kingdom. Flour, a North America company, and Novo Nordisk Engineering of Denmark are also represented in construction management. An average of 100 persons – both NCC employees and subcontractors – will be engaged in the construction project, which is scheduled for completion on March 1, 2006.
